Jumpseating

The airline code for Arctic Circle is 5F. Arctic Circle Air Service, Inc. currently has reciprocal jumpseat agreements with the following airlines:

Contact the base at which you would like to make a jumpseat request and ask to speak with the dispatcher. The dispatcher will either pass your call to a flight crew member directly or take your information and contact the flight crew for their approval.
The dress code on Arctic Circle Air Service, Inc. is casual; shirt and tie are not required. Clothing with holes or clothing that is excessively dirty is not acceptable. If the requested travel is for hunting or fishing purposes, appropriate hunting or fishing attire is certainly acceptable. Mustaches are acceptable as well as a trimmed beard, if allowed by your employer.
Check in is required 45 minutes prior to the flight time or the scheduled departure time. All certified airmen or dispatchers must show an acceptable form of identification indicating current employment and the appropriate FAA certificates.
Jumpseat travel is on a space available basis only.
Jumpseating is not available on all of our aircraft(ie. the Sherpa).

If your airline does not currently have a reciprocal jumpseat agreement contact our chief pilot to make the arrangements. Jumpseat privileges may be extended to cockpit crew members and licensed aircraft dispatchers of any scheduled FAR 121 certified air carrier, scheduled FAR 135 commuter air carrier or operator with which there is a signed jumpseat agreement on file.

All certified airmen or dispatchers must show an acceptable form of identification indicating current employment and the appropriate FAA certificates.
